This game works best for groups around 10-20 people in size. It's a fun game to help teams develop their concentration, memory and observation skills.
Split the group into two teams and have them line up in two lines facing each other.
One group turns around and faces the other way whilst the other group changes ten things about themselves (for example, two members swapping part of their clothing, jewellery, switch shoes, change hairstyle etc). Someone - perhaps an independent leader, should keep track of the 10 changes.
After 30-60 seconds the other group turns around and tries to guess the 10 changes. Once they have had a turn, swap and the other team has their turn.
The winning team is the one which guessed the most changes successfully.
