This isn't a specific game but a theme you can use to organise a full night's activity for your group. It's based on the game show "Survivor".
Start by splitting your group into teams or tribes. If you can get hold of colored bandana's, people can draw them out of a hat or bag to determine their team or tribe.
Once the tribes are assembled, the first activity is for each group to brainstorm a team name and chant. Give them five minutes then each team performs their chant to the rest of the group. Judge the best or most creative chant and award the winner an 'immunity idol'. More on what these are used for later.
You can then set a series of team based challenges for the remainder of your time, with the winning group each time winning immunity idols. Examples include:
At the end of the night, finish with general knowledge trivia questions. Each group must answer the question correctly otherwise they are eliminated or voted off the island. If a team isn't sure of the answer and wants to pass to the next round, if they have an immunity idol they can surrender the idol to advance to the next round.
The winner is the last team or tribe left standing (ie the one which has answered all questions correctly).
