Group Hug in Motion

4 shiney stars

The entire group will link up (arms around shoulders) to make a complete circle or square. Everyone moves in the same directions that are given. For instance the game leader will say "Left" and the entire group will move left until another direction is given. Directions can be: Right, left, forward, backward, slow motion, double time, etc.

Don't go so far backwards or forwards that cause the group to break apart. Do this until it just doesn't work anymore.

When I saw this, I thought of using this to demonstrate religion vs relationship. We get "religious" and make up lots of crazy rules and cause our Christian brothers and sisters to break away from us. This is a good way to show that we should focus on our relationship with Jesus instead of all the crazy "religous rules."
