Treo 650

The Treo 650 is a great SmartPhone, particularly if you're looking for a PDA and phone in one.

Whilst it is bulkier than your average phone, having the functionality of a Palm Pilot built into your phone, plus the advantage of carrying one device instead of two makes it a worthwhile purchase. I've had one for over a year now and highly recommend either this unit, or for those who prefer a Windows based device, check out the Treo-700W.
